The first regular meeting of the Freshman class will be held in Lower Massachusetts this evening at 7 o'clock. It is an important event for every Freshman, since plans will be presented by the Student Council for the election of class officers. The executive committee of the Council will present the outlines of a system similar to that employed by the upper classes and an open discussion will be held. It has been thought that it might be advisable to use the Australian ballot in elections and have them take place at the Lodge of the Class of "77 Gate instead of the old way of nominations and informal balloting. The Freshman elections will take place shortly after mid-years.
