It is not necessary for men who wish to live alone in the Senior dormitories to apply with a group.
There are some men who do not care to room alone next year and yet who have not made arrangements for a room-mate because they do not know what other men are also without room-mates. For the purpose of enabling such men to know what other men, as yet, have not arranged for room-mates there has been placed in Phillips Brooks House a "Senior Dormitory Book," and men who are looking for room-mates should enter their names and addresses in it. Men should also indicate the hours at which they may be seen. By entering his name in the "Senior Dormitory Book" a man does not pledge himself to anything, the only purpose of the book being to give men who are looking for room-mates a "line" on other men who are doing the same thing. 1913 SENIOR DORMITORY COMMITTEE.
