During the April recess, from April 16 to April 22, inclusive, all University buildings will be open as usual, except on Easter Sunday, April 16, and on Patriots' Day, Wednesday, April 19, when they will be closed. The museums, however, will be open on Easter Sunday. Phillips Brooks House will be open to students of the University every morning during the recess from 8 to 12 o'clock. The Hemenway Gymnasium will be open every day, except Patriots' Day, from 9 to 5 o'clock. At the Law School the Reading Room in Austin Hall will be closed, but the Reading Room in Langdell Hall will be open from 8.30 to 6 o'clock. On Wednesday all buildings of the Law School will be closed.
Books taken from the historical library in Harvard 2 this noon must be returned as usual Monday morning, April 17, before 9 o'clock. Books may be taken from this library Tuesday, April 18, at 4 o'clock and must be returned Thursday, April 20, before 9 o'clock. Books in the classical library, the Gore Hall Library, and the library in Warren House will be under the same regulations as when the University is in session and reserved books cannot be taken out over the recess.
The dining room of Memorial Hall will be closed during the recess, as last year. Members need not sign off for this period, since no charge will be made for it in any case. Randall Hall will be open through the recess and members of Memorial may obtain their meals there. Meals at Randall are entirely a la carte.
