Meyer, Jr., of Hamilton; J. J. Minot, of Boston; G. H. Roosevelt, of New York, N. Y.; S. M. Seymour, of Chatham, N. Y.; T. M. Spelman, 2d, of Brooklyn, N. Y.; G. F. Stratton, of Cambridge; W. Tufts, Jr., of Boston; and W. M. E. Whitclock, of Baltimore, Md.
