The annual fall handicap track games will be held in the Stadium this afternoon at 4 o'clock. In all 152 men have entered the meet, and the total number of entries is 239, a decrease of 36 from last year. Men who have not taken strength tests will not be allowed to compete, but any man who has taken such a test and who desires to enter any event may do so by giving his name to the clerk of the course on the field.

The events will be run off as usual, save that a 120-yard low hurdle race has been substituted for the 220-yard low hurdles, and a three-mile run for the usual two-mile race. The shot-put and the hammer-throw will begin at 3.30 o'clock, and contestants are requested to report promptly.

Cups will be awarded to the winners of first and second places.
