The Freshman lacrosse team was defeated by the Brooklyn Manual Training School on Soldiers Field Saturday afternoon by the score of 4 to 2. Brooklyn won through better team-play and a better knowledge of stickwork. Bail and Noble played the best game for the Freshmen, while Jensen excelled for Brooklyn.
The line-ups follow: Score--Brooklyn Manual Training, 4; Harvard 1913, 2. Gools--Jensen 2, Bail, Forbush, Kent. Referee, H. Georpper '09. Goal umpires--Smith, Davies. Time of halves--20 and 25 minutes.
