The Boston Symphony Orchestra will give the sixth of a series of eight concerts in Sanders Theatre this evening at 8 o'clock. Miss Janet Duff will be the soloist and Mr. Max Fiedler will conduct. Single tickets may be obtained at $1 each at Kent's University Book Store and at the door of Sanders Theatre.
The program for this evening is as follows: Bruckner, Symphony in E major, No. 7; Gluck, "Che Faro" ("Orfeo"); Foote, Suite in E major, Op. 63, for String Orchestra; Songs: (a) Schubert, "Der Wanderer," (b) Brahms "Sapphische Ode," (c) Korbay, "Birthday Song"; Smetana, Overture, "The Sold Bride."
