The following is a circular of information for students in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the Graduate School of Applied Science, the Graduate School of Business Administration, and the College.
For information about rooms and boarding places, for map of the College Yard and vicinity, all circulars, lists of courses of study, etc., and for general assistance of any kind, apply to the Committee on the Reception of Students, Professor J.L. Coolidge, Chairman, the Harvard Union Reading Room, first floor.
For information about admission to Harvard College apply to the Chairman of the Committee on Admission, University Hall, north entry, 2d floor, room 20.
For information about College duties apply to the Recorder or to the Assistant Recorder, University Hall, south entry, 1st floor, room 4. The attention of all students in Harvard College is called to the regulations, copies of which may be obtained in the registration rooms, in University 4, and in the Harvard Union Reading Room, 1st floor.
For information about the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences apply at the office of the Dean of the School, in University Hall, north entry, 1st floor, room 16.
For information about the Graduate School of Business Administration apply at the office of the Dean of the School, in University Hall, north entry, 1st floor, room 17.
For information about fees, bonds and payments, see the printed rules; or apply at the Bursar's office in Lower Dane (hours 9-1). Every student, on his entrance to the University, must file a bond or deposit a sum of money with the Bursar as security for the payment of his dues. Every student must pay the first instalment of his tuition fee to the Bursar at the beginning of the academic year.

Dropped Juniors and Sophomores in Harvard College register in the Lecture Room, Fogg Museum, between 9 A.M. and 1 P.M.
First Meeting of 1913.
The Freshman class will assemble at 9 o'clock this morning in Room 11, Sever Hall, to meet the Chairman of Advisers and the Assistant Dean of Harvard College. Immediately after this meeting they will meet their advisers in the rooms named below. A written list of studies for the entire year must be submitted to the Adviser. All who have not been assigned to Advisers will consult Professor C.P. Parker, Chairman of the Committee of Advisers, in Sever 11, at this time. Students in the Lawrence Scientific School, Lower Mass. Students in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences are expected to file their lists of studies at 24 University Hall at registration or before 6 P.M., on Thursday, September 30. Students in the Graduate School of Applied Science are expected to file their lists of studies at 16 University Hall, at registration or before 6 P.M., on Thursday, September 30. Students in the Graduate School of Business Administration are expected to file their lists of studies at 17 University Hall, at registration or before 6 P.M., on Thursday, September 30. Any student wishing to take a "starred course" must obtain the consent of the instructor in the course, given in writing on the card containing the student's list of studies; for admission to a course "primarily for graduates," an undergraduate or special student must obtain the written recommendation of the instructor.
