The annual consolation track games, for those men who are not on the University or Freshman training tables or who did not win a place in the interclass games, will be held on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Cups will be awarded the winners of first and second places in each event. The favorite events, as shown by the number of entries, are the distance runs and the two shorter dashes; no entry was made in the hammer-throw, and only a comparatively small number of contestants have entered for the other field events.
All contestants are requested to report at the Locker Building at 3.30 o'clock.
