The annual meeting of the Football Rules Committee will be held this afternoon in the Murray Hill Hotel in New York at 3 o'clock. Crawford Blagden '02 will represent the University at this meeting. Blagden has been closely connected with Harvard athletics ever since his graduation. He was a member of the championship football team of 1901.
