President Lowell will be the principal speaker at a meeting to be held in the Old South Church, Boston, tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock in the interest of the Tuskegee Normal and Industrial Institute. This will be President Lowell's first public address since his inauguration.
His subject has not yet been decided on. Dr. George A. Gordon, D.D., '81 and Booker T. Washington will also speak.
