TEAM GIVEN LIGHT WORK

In Yesterday's Practice.--Leslie and Dunlap Back in Signal Drill.

The secret practice for the University football squad was short and very light yesterday afternoon. The players seemed in good condition after Saturday's game. Everyone, except O'Flaherty and McKay, who were given a lay-off, was on the field. Long and G. G. Browne who were injured in the Brown game are doing very well, and Browne is not as badly hurt as at first thought. Leslie, Dunlap, and Corbett were dressed but Corbett did not go into the line-up for signal work. J. Nourse '09 helped coach the centres during the practice.

The squad had a short drill in catching punts before the team went into the Stadium, Minot and Sprague kicking. Afterwards the first team lined up against the substitutes for practice, but the plays were walked through. This was all the work except a short drill in signals, and a little more punting.

Applications for Side-Line Badges.

Because of the abuses of the side-line privileges in the past, it has been decided to give out all side-line badges hereafter throught the Athletic Office. Those entitled to them should apply in writing to the Graduate Treasurer of the Athletic Association, W. F. Garcelon L.'95, not later than two days before a game. FIRST TEAM.  SUBSTITUTES.
