The following arrangements have been made for the 1909 Union Dance next Monday night. The Living Room of the Union will be closed Sunday at 9 P. M. and will not be opened until the dance begins; the Periodical, Writing and Game Rooms will not be open on Monday except for the furnishing of boxes which must be done that afternoon between 1.30 and 5.30 o'clock. Dining Room boxes must be furnished between 2.30 and 5.30 o'clock. On Monday dinner will be served in the Ladies Dining Room from 5.30 until 7; and after 7.30 the main entrance will be closed and admittance to the Union will be by ticket only at the Ladies' entrance.
Members of boxes must see that all their furniture is carefully tagged. Senior and Junior members of the Union who have not answered their invitations may obtain admission tickets by applying at the Union office Saturday between 12 and 2 o'clock and paying their subscriptions.
Special cars will be run to Boston after the dance, one going to Copley square by way of Huntington avenue; the other by way of Boylston street and returning to Cambridge on Charles street. 1909 UNION DANCE COMMITTEE.
