COUNTRY CLUB, FARMINGTON, CONN., Nov. 20.--In this afternoon's signal practice Captain Burr was in his old position at left guard. Although his arm has been improving rapidly, it is still a question whether he will play in tomorrow's game. The probability is that he will play, although the matter will not definitely be decided until just before the game. Kennard was in at fullback in the signal work, but Ver Wiebe will play most of the game if he does not start.
In the morning the whole squad, led by Trainer Donovan, went for a long walk. The signal practice was held at 4 o'clock and consisted of walking through plays against the substitutes. All the men with the exception of Burr are in the best condition. Dunlap's shoulder is perfectly well and he can play if needed, whether Burr starts the game or not.
Tomorrow the men will leave the Country Club and arrive in New Haven at 11 o'clock. After lunch at the New Haven House they will dress at the Y. M. C. A. and take special cars to Yale Field.
