After a spirited and interesting discussion at the annual meeting of the Associated Harvard Clubs in Detroit last week on the proposed Three Years' Course in the University, a vote was taken by which the proposition was defeated in a good majority vote. The report of the committee, which was appointed last year to investigate the question, was considered and discussed in the business session on Friday. As is obvious by this vote the most influential of the Harvard graduates are not in favor of a regular three year's course, and this decision of the meeting is very representative of the opinion of all graduates.
