The annual field day sports and consolation games will be held in the Stadium this afternoon at 4 o'clock. They will be open to all men eligible for the University or Freshman track teams who are not now on the track training tables. There will be no other events this year besides the 13 regular track events, and all men who do exceptionally well will be taken to the University squad. As the meet will be of an informal nature entries may be made upon the field. Cups will be given for first place only.
The admission to the meet will be free, but only men on the University track team training table and men who have won their "H" in track athletics will be allowed on the field besides the officials. The events are likely to take place before the scheduled times, and all competitors must therefore be on the field 15 minutes before the time for the event in which they intend to enter.
