New Carnegie Institute Building

The executive committee of the Carnegie Institute at Washington has decided to erect a $100,000 building in the vicinity of the Harvard Medical School, Longwood avenue, Boston, for the purpose of studying food nutrition. The building will be a separate organization, having no direct connection with the Medical School, but its close proximity will probably be of advantage to both institutions. Professor F. G. Benedict, of Wesleyan University, has been selected as director of the new investigation.
