President Eliot has received the following cable message from the Prussian Minister of Education:

To this friendly message, which is the first reference to this subject in the correspondence between the German authorities and Harvard University, the following answer has been sent:

"Berlin.
"Harvard University reciprocates your cordial satisfaction with this year's exchange. "ELIOT."
