The third annual Freshman track meet was held in the Stadium yesterday afternoon. The weather was too cold to favor any record-breaking performances, and besides, a sharp wind was blowing down the back stretch. This did not prevent H. Jaques from running the mile in the remarkable time of 4 minutes, 37 seconds. R. C. Foster's time for the 100 yards, 10 minutes, 1-5 second, was also good for this time of year. On the whole, however, the performances were not as good as last year.
