A meeting of the Inter-collegiate Cross-Country Association will be held in New York at the Fifth Avenue Hotel at four o'clock today. Plans for the annual meet at Princeton will be discussed, and the applications of several colleges for membership will be voted upon. G. Emerson '08, manager of the track team, will represent the University.
