The Union Library lost 76 volumes during the year of 1906-7. Of this number 47 were taken from the shelves in the last two months of the College year. Only a few of these books have been returned, but some of the more necessary ones have been replaced by gift or purchase.
A list of books that are still missing has been posted at the door of the library, in the expectation that the men who may have these books in their possession will return them at once. It is needless to say that the value of several large sets has been seriously impaired through the loss of several volumes.
