Judge W. C. Loring '72, justice of the Supreme Court of Massachusetts, and Mrs. Loring will give a reception to the scholars of the first group this evening at 8.30 o'clock, at 2 Gloucester street, Boston. Last year the reception to the scholars of the first group was given by Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Higginson immediately after the award of academic distinctions.
The guests who have been invited to attend the reception are the members of the Corporation and of the Board of Overseers and other prominent citizens of Boston. Among them are Judge Knowlton, Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Court, and other judges.
