Professor E. C. Moore will visit China this year as a member of a committee of three sent by the American Board of Commissioners of Foreign Missions to investigate the work which is being done by the Board in that country.
Professor Moore will start on January 30, and during his stay will attend a conference of the leaders of all denominations who are doing missionary work in China, to be held in Shanghai on April 27. He has also been invited to attend a conference of the World's Student Christian Federation at Tokyo in the first week of April; but, on account of his work on the committee, which consists of a journey through the country to study the progress made in the educational and medical institutions under the charge of the American Board, he will be unable to accept. Professor Moore will return next September.
