The annual boat races between the Harvard and Yale University eights and four-oars, and the Freshman eights, will be rowed on the Thames at New London on Thursday, June 28. The first race, between the Freshman eights, will start at 10 o'clock under the railroad bridge and will finish two miles upstream, at the Navy Yard. Immediately afterwards, the University four-oars will start at this point and row upstream two miles to a point opposite "Red Top," the University crew quarters.
The race between the University eights will start opposite "Red Top" at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and will be rowed four miles down stream, finishing at the rialroad bridge.
If for any reason the races are postponed, they may be rowed at any time before 7 o'clock in the afternoon; but it they are postponed until the following day, each race will be one hour later than scheduled for Thursday.
C. H. Schweppe '02 will act as chairman of the Regatta Committee. G. Richards, Columbia '87, will be referee. The Harvard judges at the finish and on the referee's launch will be D. F. Downs '03 and J. F. Perkins '99, respectively.

Yale university eight--Stroke, Boulton; 7, Ide; 6, Noyes; 5, Chase; 4, Biglow; 3, Morse; 2, Graham; bow, Weeks; cox., Barkalow.
Harvard University four-oar--Stroke, Ball; 3, Emmons; 2, Swaim; bow, Gill; cox., Arnold.
