In the games of the Leiter Cup baseball series played yesterday afternoon, the Caveat Emptors defeated the Squabs, 7-4; the Alphas defeated the Yewbee-dammes, 6-1; and the Mugwumps defeated the Waverley's 8-4.
At 4 o'clock this afternoon, the Caveat Emptors will play the Down and Outs on the east diamond, Soldiers Field.
Tomorrow the Incognitos will play the Backwoodsmen and the Alphas will play the Mugwumps.
