Mr. Joseph Walker 1.'90, a member of the Massachusetts State Legislature, will speak before the Political Club in the Randolph Breakfast Room at 7.30 o'clock tomorrow evening on "A Massachusetts Legislator and Some of His Problems." After the speech refreshments will be served.
