The University hockey squad held a short practice on the rink in the Stadium yesterday afternoon. Because of the heavy rain, the ice was covered with about a half-inch of water and accurate passing or shooting was impossible. Though the forwards rushed the puck for a short time, most of the practice was consumed in fast skating in order to get the men into good physical condition as soon as possible.
Weather permitting, practice will be held in the Stadium today.
