(Harvard) '87, assistant in English 1884-85, preacher to the University, 1896-98, 1902-1905. Bussey Professor of Theology. 1900--.

The resignation of Professor F. G. Peabody '69 as Dean of the Faculty of Divinity was accepted by the Corporation. The resignation took effect November 21, 1906.
