At the meeting of the University Debating Council, yesterday afternoon, the appointment of W. J. Mack '08 as assistant manager of the debating team was approved, and he was elected to membership in the council. It was voted to reinstate the granting of insignia to University debaters and a committee consisting of D. Rosenblum '08, B. M. Nussbaum '08 and I. L. Sharfman '08 was appointed to draw up rules for governing their award.
