The second meeting of the American Intercollegiate Football Rules Committee will be held this morning at 10 o'clock at the Murray Hill Hotel in New York City. A . Stagg, of Chicago University, and H. L. Williams, of Minnesota University, will attend the meeting, which is one of considerable importance. The sub-committee on the elimination of brutality in football has already drafted a report and will submit it this morning.
