The Committee on Athletics at the University of Pennsylvania yesterday resolved, "That it is the sense of the committee that its representative shall favor the recognition of the so-called intercollegiate football conference." The committee refused to ratify the election of V. M. Stevenson as captain of the football team for next fall.
