Oliver Dwight Filley '06, of Boston, stroke and captain, prepared for College at Rugby, England, and at Stone's School, where he stroked, the crew in 1902. For the past two years he has rowed at six and stroke, respectively, on the University crew. Age, 22; height, 6 ft.; weight, 171 pounds.
Theodore Gerald Meier, 2d., 1B., of New York, seven, prepared for College at Stone's School. In his Freshman year he rowed at five on his class crew and last year at four in the University boat. Age, 23; height, 6 ft.; weight, 184 pounds.
Robert Low Bacon '07, of New York, six, prepared for College at Groton School, where in 1903 he stroked and captained the Hemenway Club crew. Last year he captained and rowed at four on the Freshman crew. Age, 20; height, 6 ft. 1-2 in.; weight 182 pounds.
Carl Lawson '05, of Auburndale, five, prepared for College at Waltham High School. He rowed at seven on his Freshman crew. In his Sophomore and Junior years he rowed at seven and five in the University boat. Age, 24; height, 6 ft. 1 in.; weight, 178 pounds.
Daniel Allerton Newhall '06, of Philadelphia, four, prepared for College at Haverford School. He rowed on the Junior, class crew this spring. Age, 20; height, 6 ft.; weight, 175 pounds.
Phillip Witter Flint '06, of Worcester, Robert Meredith Tappan '07, of Boston, two, prepared for College at Noble and Greenough School, where he rowed bow on the school crew in 1903. Last year he rowed in the same position on the Freshman boat. Age, 19; height, 5 ft. 11 1-2 in.; weight, 162 pounds. Leeds Burchard '06, of Boston, bow, prepared for College at Stone's School, where he rowed bow in the school boat in 1902. In his Freshman year he rowed at seven on his class crew. Age, 22; height, 5 ft. 10 in.; weight, 162 pounds. Alfred Endicott Chase '05, of Lynn, coxswain, prepared for College at Noble and Greenough School. He coxswained his Freshman and Sophomore crews, and last year the University crew. Age, 21; height, 5 feet 6 inches; weight, 116 pounds. Four-Oar Crew. William Wellington Corlett '06, of New York, stroke, prepared for College at Morristown School. In 1903 he rowed on the Weld Freshman crew, and last year rowed on the Sophomore crew. Age, 20; height, 5 ft. 11 in.; weight, 160 pounds. Austin Goddard Gill '06, of Organ, N. M., three, prepared for College at Exeter. He rowed on the 1906 Freshman crew and this spring on the Junior crew. Age, 22; height, 5 ft. 10 1-2 in.; weight, 163 pounds. Ernest George 1G., of Roxbury, two, prepared for College at Roxbury Latin School. He rowed on his class crew at the Weld Boat Club for three years. In 1903 he rowed at three on the University crew. Age, 24; height, 6 ft.; weight, 175 pounds. Eliot Farley '07, of Cambridge, bow, prepared for College at Volkmann School, where he stroked the school crew. Last year he rowed at stroke in the Freshman boat, and during the early part of the season in the same position on the University eight. Age, 18; height, 5 ft. 10 1-2 in.; weight, 156 pounds. John Robb Montgomery '06, of Brooklyn, coxswain, prepared for College at the Pratt Institute, Brooklyn. This is his second year as coxswain of the University four-oar crew. Charles Morgan, Jr., of New York, stroke, prepared for College at St. Paul's School, Concord. where he rowed for two years at four on the Shattuck Club crew. Last year he captained the Shattuck crew and was substitute on the school crew. Age, 19; height, 5 ft. 9 in.; weight, 167 pounds. Harold Vincent Amberg, of Chicago, seven, prepared for College at Lake View School, Chicago. Last, fall he rowed on one of the Freshman graded crews. Age, 18; height, 6 ft. 2 in.; weight, 167 pounds. Sydney Webster Fish, of New York, six, prepared for College at Groton School, where he rowed in 1902 at two on the Squannacook Club crew. Last year he captained and stroked the school crew. Age, 20; height, 6 ft.; weight, 166 pounds. Samuel Dennis Warren, Jr., of Boston, five, prepared for College at Milton Academy. Age, 19; height, 6 ft. 1 1-2 in.; weight, 186 pounds. John Richardson, Jr., of Chestnut Hill, four, prepared for College at Noble and Greenough School, where he stroked the second crew last year. Earlier in the season he was tried on the University crew for about a week. Age, 18; height, 6 ft. 1 1-2 in.; weight, 178 pounds. Snowden Andrews Fahnestock, of Newport, R. I., three, prepared for College at Pomfret School, where he rowed for three years at three on one of the club crews. Last fall he was bow on the winning Freshman graded crew. Age, 19; height, 6 ft.; weight, 164 pounds. Clement Lyndon Despard, Jr., of New York, two, prepared for College at Pomfret School, where he stroked one of the club crews for two years. Last year he was captain of the school crew squad. Age, 20; height, 6ft. 1 in.; weight, 163 pounds. Carl Wiggins, of Pomfret, Conn., bow, prepared for College at Pomfret School, where he has rowed for the last two years at bow on one of the club crews. In 1903 he captained the school rowing squad. Last fall he was provisionally appointed, and since then has been elected, captain of the Freshman crew. Age, 19; height, 5 ft. 11 1-2 in.; weight, 149 pounds. Robert Veazle Arnold, of Cambridge, coxswain, prepared for College at Cambridge Latin School, where he coxswain the crew for three years. For the last two years he has been coxswain of the Boston interscholastic crew, and last fall he was coxswain of the winning Freshman graded crew. Age, 18; height, 5 ft. 3 in.; weight, 194 pounds
