Representatives from the various universities and colleges in the Intercollegiate Basketball Association will hold a meeting this evening at the Houston Club of the University of Pennsylvania. As the Amateur Athletic Union will probably discontinue its jurisdiction over basketball, the Association proposes to arrange for the publication of a college basketball guide and to remedy certain unsatisfactory rules for playing.
W. O. Dapping '06 will represent the University.
