FIRST INTERCLASS DEBATE

Between Sophomores and Freshmen in New Lecture Hall Tonight at 8.

The first debate of the interclass series will be held between the Sophomores and Freshmen this evening at 7.30 o'clock in the New Lecture Hall.

The question for debate, submitted by the Sophomores is: "Resolved, That the present policy of the administration towards San Domingo is justifiable." In this debate the Sophomore team, which will support the negative, will speak in the following order: E. R. Lewis, D. Rosenblum, P. L. Butler, B. M. Busshaum has been chosen alternate. The order of the Freshman speakers, who have chosen to support the affirmative, is: J. D. Cronin, I. Dimond, G. C. Good. C. deL. Dederick has been appointed alternate. In rebuttal both teams will speak in the same order as in the main speeches. E. M. Rabenold 2L. has been coaching the Sophomores, and A. C. Blagden 4G. the Freshmen.

Professors C. J. Bullock and A. P. Andrew, of the department of Economics, and S. Curtis, assistant in the department of English, will act as judges. M. Thelen sL. will preside.

Admission to the debate is free, but seats will be reserved on the right side of the floor for members of the Sophomore class, and on the left side for Freshmen. Members of the two second teams will act as ushers.
