There will be no lack of good material for the fencing team this year. R. S. Earle 3L is the only member of last year's team who has not returned. W. MacLeod 1L., who has been re-elected captain, A. Tyng, who has been on the team for the past two years, and the following substitutes will be available: L. F. Gilbert '06, H. A. Hirsh 1L., W. F. Low '07, C. A. Bliss '08, B. Madero '07, R. E. Gish '07.

The policy which the Athletic Committee adopts toward the minor sports will determine the plans of the team for this year. Unless the committee allows more money for expenses the plans will be practically the same as in the past year. H. W. Holmes '03 will probably be head coach and Mr. P. Pianelli will be re-engaged as instructor.
