Yale Letter.

For the past week the baseball team has been hard at work and some important changes have been made. Chittenden, who played first base on last year's nine is again playing that position, while Bowman has been moved to the pitcher's box as MacKay's arm has put him out of the game. It is not yet known whether he will be able to pitch against Harvard or not.

The track team, and especially those selected to go to England, have been steadily at work. A number of men were entered in the meets at Travers Island and at Waterbury.

A chorus of about sixty students from the University of Land, Sweden, gave a concert here last week. The chorus is said to be the finest in Sweden and is on its way to St. Louis.

Commencement week begins with Friday, June 24, and degrees will be awarded on Wednesday the 29th. THE YALE NEWS.
