A cablegram received last night from the management of the Oxford and Cambridge joint track team fixes the date of the international meet as July 23. It announces that the nine events of two years ago will again be held with a two-mile substituted for the three-mile run. The events will be as follows: the 100-yard dash, the 440-yard, 880-yard, mile and two-mile runs, the 120-yard hurdles, the high and broad jumps, and the hammer throw.
The basis of representation from Harvard and Yale has not been definitely decided as it is not yet known whether each university will have a man in each event. The Harvard team will, however, be chosen from the following men: W. A. Schick, Jr., '05, E. J. Dives '06, E. C. Rust '04, H. B. Young '04, W. A. Colwell 3G., A. King 1L., F. W. Bird 1L., F. M. Murphy 1L., H. Le Moyne '07, D. R. Ayres '05.
This squad is now training under the charge of John Graham and W. F. Garcelon '95L. The training table will probably be started next week
