The University field day sports will be held on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 4 o'clock. The games, which will be open to all members of the University, except men who are or have been members of the track team, will be of an informal nature, entries being received at the field. There will be cups for the winners in all events. Besides the regular thirteen events, there will be three-legged, wheelbarrow, and obstacle races.

The Garcelon cups for high and low hurdles, and the Wells cup for the quarter-mile run, awarded last year on field day, will not be awarded today. The Wells cup race will be run instead during the interscholastic meet on Saturday, June 4. This will be a handicap race, open to all members of the University.
