Ricardo Prize Scholarship.

Candidates for the Ricardo Prize Scholarship must hand in their names, with a list of their previous studies, to Professor W. Z. Ripley not later than 6 P. M., on Sunday, May 15. The time for the examination will not be decided until all the applications are in, but it will be set not later than June 1.

The examination requires no special preparation. Each candidate will write on a topic in economics or political science, chosen by himself from a list not previously announced. The award will be made not later than June 15, and will be based on the ability and promise of the candidate without regard to his pecuniary means.
