At a meeting of the Board of Overseers yesterday it was voted to concur with the President and Fellows in re-appointing P. B. Marcou, Ph.D., assistant professor of romance languages; A. C. Coolidge, Ph.D., assistant professor of history; R. T. Jackson, S.D., assistant professor of paleontology; and G. H. Parker, S.D., assistant professor of zoology,--all for five years. The board also concurred in appointing, for five years beginning September 1, 1904 C. L. Bouton, Ph.D., assistant professor of mathematics, and G. S. Raymer, A. B., E.M., assistant professor of mining. The following appointments were also sanctioned: M. A. Potter, Ph.D., instructor in Romance languages; G. H. Chase, Ph.D., instructor is classical archeology; H. W. Morse, Ph.D., instructor in physics.
