Russe in Chemistry; instructors--F. W. Snow in Romance Languages, A. E. Norton in Mechanical Drawing and Mathematics, F. W. Atkinson, lecturer on Educational Organizations. J. M. Bell was appointed assistant in Geology for the second half of 1903-4.
