The Debating Council will issue, shortly before the Princeton debate, a pamphlet entitled the "Harvard Debating Annual." It will contain a complete outline of the system of interclass debates and those with other colleges, the program of the Princeton debate, and about two hundred questions suitable for argument. The manual will describe the method of selection by trials and the coaching. It is designed to serve as a text-book of debating and will be distributed free of charge.
