The annual dinner of the Freshman class will be held this evening at 7 o'clock at the American House. The dinner committee, composed of N. F. Hall, chairman, W. L. Weston, H. F. Evans, R. L. Bacon, and A. E. McCarty, will have general supervision in receiving and seating the men. There will be no formal reception. N. F. Hall will act as toastmaster to the following toasts: "The Class," J. Reynolds, Jr.; "The Press," J. M. Morse; "The Musical Clubs," L. Harrison; "The Debating Club," E. J. David: "Athletics," F. K. Leatherbee. The class song, the words of which have been written by W. Goodwin and A. A. Dole, will be sung to the tune of "The Miller's Daughter." Music will be furnished by an orchestra.
About 300 men have signed their names as intending to be present at the dinner.
