William Jay Baxter 1L.
William Jay Baxter 1L. died of a complication of erysipelas and pneumonia yesterday morning in the Stillman Infirmary, after an illness of ten days. He graduated with high honors from the University of California last June, and in the fall entered the Law School. He was a member of the Holmes Law Club, and also of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity at the University of California.
The funeral will take place at his home in Modesto, California.
Harry Clarkson Carter '06.
Harry Clarkson Carter '06 died of pneumonia at the Stillman Infirmary yesterday morning, at the age of twenty-three. Carter prepared for College at the East Denver High School in 1898, and was in business with his father until he entered College in the fall of 1902. He was a member of the Pi Eta Society.
Arrangements for the funeral have not yet been completed.
