The March Law Review.

The March number of the Law Review, which will be issued today, contains the following articles: "Determinable Fees of American Jurisdiction," by Mr. John M. Zane, of Chicago; "Limitations on the Right of Criminal Appeals," by Mr. Nathan Smythe, of New York City; "Suicide in the Law," by Mr. Wilbur Lorremore, editor of the New York Law Journal.

Mr. Smythe's article shows that the delay of the law in the usual criminal case is not so great as is generally supposed, the popular opinion being due to the notoriety accorded the delay in flagrant cases.

An index of the seventeen volumes of the Law Review already published is in course of preparation and will be issued late this spring. The index will contain headings of all articles, and analyses of the points of law involved.
