There is excellent skating today on Charlestown Play-ground, North Brighton Play-ground, and on the enclosed, rink of the Cambridge Skating Club. The condition of the ice is good on wood Island Pond at East Boston. Neponset Play-ground. Billings Field at West Roxbury, Gibson Play-ground at Dorchester, Franklin Field, Strandway Play-ground at South Boston, Roslindale Play-ground, Jamaica Pond at Jamaica Plain. First Street Play-ground at South Boston, Boston Public Gardens and Charlesbank. Skating on Columbus avenue Play-ground and Boston Common is fair. The ice is poor at Spy Pond in Arlington and at Scarboro Pond in Franklin Park.
