Travellers Club Lecture.

Mr. W. W. Rockhill, director of the Bureau of the American Republics at Washington, will give an illustrated lecture on "Travels in the Borderland of China and Thibet," in the lecture room of the Fogg Museum, Friday evening, February 26, at 8 o'clock, under the auspices of the Harvard Travellers Club. The lecture will be open to the public.

Mr. Rockhill has served in various diplomatic positions, having been Secretary of the United States Legation in Pekin, charge d'affaires in Korea, first assistant secretary of state, United States Minister to Greece, Commissioner to China, and plenipotentiary of the United States to the Congress of Pekin (1901). During his residence in China he made two journeys in Mongolia and Thibet, of which some account will be given in his lecture. After the lecture members of the club and their friends will have opportunity of meeting Mr. Rockhill at an informal reception in the Assembly Room of the Union.
