Hockey practice yesterday afternoon was held on Artificial Pond and consisted of preliminary practice in passing and shooting and of the usual line-up between the first and second teams, lasting about 45 minutes. The team-work was fast, but the condition of the ice made accurate passing impossible. Both teams were evenly matched and the game was closely contested, the first team winning by the score of 2 to 1. MacLeod and Townsend made the goals for the first team and Rumsey that for the second.
