Fact and Rumor.

The annual report of the President will be offered to the Board of Overseers at its meeting on January 13, and will be made public about February 1.

The total sale of the Co-operative Society at the close of business December 26 were $126,740.95, an increase of $7,629.44 over the figures for the same period in 1902.

Trials for candidates for the Freshman Mandolin Club will be held next Monday evening, and for the Freshman Banjo Club next Tuesday evening. Both trials will take place at 7 o'clock in Fairfax 34.

The photographs from works of art of the German, Dutch, and Flemish schools, which have lately been displayed on the walls of the upper gallery of the Fogg Museum, have just been replaced by others, illustrating the early Venetian school. Such masters as the Vivarini, the Bellini, Carpaccio, Cinia da Conegliano and others are represented.

The new strength-record made by A. O. Christensen '06 a few weeks ago will not be allowed to go on record, because a required per-cent was not attained in one of the exercises and too much time was devoted to another. The record made by F. W. C. Foster '03 last year will also probably he barred for the same reason.
