The University cricket team was defeated by the Everett cricket team yesterday afternoon, by the score of 55 runs to 33. The game was poorly played, owing to the unfavorable weather conditions. Thorp made 32 runs and won the game for Everett, when some sharp work in the field would have saved the game for Harvard.
